I have the right to use the money sent to me before completing the commission. Art is my only job, and I have to take care of myself, so I use the money when I need to. If you don't like this, please don't commission me.

I have the right to refuse any commission without explanation.

I, the artist, retain full exclusive rights to the original artwork.

The client may not claim the artwork as their own or use it for anything other than personal use.

The client has my permission to repost my work on any social network, so I demand credits, and that my watermark / signature remains intact and unchanged

Only me and the commissioner (or current owner of the characters/design) may use the artwork/designs produced for them.

Payment via Paypal invoice or Ko-fi.

Prices are subject to change based on complexity

I don't do refunds on adopts! Pre-made designs cannot be refunded in any way. You're free to sell your design/adopt you bought from me so long as you follow this Terms of service correctly.

You also may not charge me back if I refuse to give you a refund, especially since I don't allow chargebacks.

I only accept payment plans for anything above $200. If you're requesting a payment plan, we must discuss a set payment and time period first.

I will NOT START the artwork until it's been paid in full.

Asking for a different pose.

Asking to change the position of accessories; parts of the body, etc.

Asking to change the size of the accessories; parts of the body, etc.

Asking for a different color for the background.

Asking for stuff I missed – missed markings, colors, other features that you have on your ref but I forgot.

Changing the whole pose.

Changing the character/idea.

Adding a completely new character to the image.

Change my artwork in any way without asking permission first, with the exception of cropping / resizing the image for an icon or other use.

Use my art as a reference for yours, whether tracing or redirecting parts of the image.

Claiming the work of art as yours

My designs may be re-sold, traded, and gifted.

Resales must match the original purchase value of the adopt, with additives only for commissions purchased or art personally made.

You may Co-own a design of mine, but I will not get involved with any disputes involving these characters.

Completion time depends on the complexity of the piece, work load and personal life events, it can be difficult fo finish art pieces sometimes. Please be patient with me, I'm doing my best with every commission I get.

My deadline is 3 months.

Once completed, you'll receive a high-quality png file of the finished piece.

You'll get each part of the process, such as sketch, lineart, coloring and etc.

My queue doesn't have any priority based on order. I pick and choose which commissions I'm most inspired to do each day. This helps me stay motivated and productive.
